     The villa is accessed via a long private driveway flanked with royal palms and lovely manicured gardens.  This family-friendly home is luxuriously furnished with many unique statement pieces, cool marble floors, and state of the art lighting.  Designed to embrace the Caribbean ethos of living 'outside in', the spacious living room opens out to the impressive covered verandah and inviting infinity edge swimming pool while taking in the breathtaking vistas of the coastline beyond.  Stairs from the deck lead down to a separate plunge pool overlooking the gardens - a lovely option for those who desire to enjoy a quiet soak away from the crowd.

 

     The common areas, both indoors and outside, are well suited to casual relaxation and conversation for a large group of people.  We also think this villa would provide a superb atmosphere for a small business meeting. There is a state-of-the-art audio/visual system in the media room that carries throughout the home.  The media room also boasts a movie server which hosts over 3,000 movies and TV programs, a large comfortable couch, controlled lighting, air conditioning, a 50-inch TV, and Surround Sound.  A games room features a pool table, dart board, foosball table, air hockey table, ping pong table, small TV, and kitchenette (small refrigerator, wine cooler, ice maker, sink, coffee maker).  For the fitness devotee, guests are invited to use the gym facilities that include a treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bicycle, punching bag, and weight bench with free weights.

     One of the two Master Bedrooms and one other bedroom are located on the top floor of the villa.  This Master Bedroom features vaulted ceilings and expansive folding doors that open out almost the entire length of the room leading onto a private patio and the spectacular view beyond.  On the main level of the villa, there is one bedroom to the left of the living room and another bedroom (twin-bedded room) to the right of the living room, before the kitchen.  The lower level of this home has two bedrooms side by side plus a third bedroom - the second Master Bedroom - accessed via the gym/games room, which opens up onto a private patio with a small plunge pool.  The eighth bedroom is located in a separate apartment, on the main level of the villa, just beyond the kitchen.  All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and entertainment systems.
