     SM400 is an impressive, very private, six (6) bedroom, six (6) bathroom luxurious villa located in Red Pond Estates on the Dutch side (Sint Maarten) of the island.  The spectacular views, with a backdrop of sky and sea, will take your breath away.

 

     This exceptional villa features hard wood floors throughout and has been appointed with contemporary designer furnishings and white accents.  The main part of the villa houses 4 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.  There are two Master Suites (one has satellite TV).  There are two additional bedrooms that are independent from the main house, each offering air conditioning, ceiling fan and its own en-suite bathroom.  This property is an excellent choice for two families traveling together.

     The large living room is exquisitely decorated and takes full advantage of stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.  In addition, there is a salon next to the living room complete with a large flat screen TV with DVD, stereo with CD, Caribbean artwork, and billiard table for guests' enjoyment.  The outdoor living area is furnished with contemporary designer furnishings and offers wonderful views of the ocean.  The indoor living room is bright and crisp with high white wood plantation ceilings, ceiling fans and large comfortable sofas you can sink into. 

 

     The fabulous fully-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen has exquisite granite countertops and modern, deluxe stainless steel appliances including: an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, wine cooler, toaster, blender, coffee maker and all the utensils required to create that gourmet meal.

     Large sliding glass doors open onto an outdoor extensive terrace and the private freshwater swimming pool.  This spacious terrace includes a covered section with comfortable seating and an outdoor dining area which overlooks the pool sensational views.

     On one side of the villa, there is also a lovely gazebo with sea views - a perfect retreat after a day at the beach or duty-free shopping in Phillipsburg.  The villa’s ample space, bedrooms, outside terrace area and private pool join together to create a wonderful, harmonious flow throughout and are bordered by meticulously maintained grounds and colorful tropical gardens that evoke a true sense of being in the Caribbean. .

     Guests can enjoy the amazing panormaic views of quiet Red Pond Beach ... the spectacular sunrise ... and savor the wonderful breezes this villa captures.  Stroll down to Red Pond Beach (5 minute walk) or drive to nearby Dawn Beach (5 minute drive - one of the best swimming and snorkeling beaches on the island).

     The villa is located about 1/2 mile from the Westin casino, 10 minutes drive (3 miles) from Philipsburg (Dutch side Capital) and other casinos, about 30 minutes drive (7 miles) to Marigot (French side Capital) and 20 minutes to the gourmet village of Grande Case for the best selection of fine dining restaurants on the island.
