     SM334 is a handsome villa located on a hillside in the residential area of Jardin d'Orient (French side, Saint Martin), which overlooks world-famous Orient Baie beach.

     This villa offers a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom option depending on the number of guests.  Offering a spacious living, dining and open kitchen area decorated with rattan furnishings and comfortable cushions, SM334 is bright and airy, a perfect compliment to the Caribbean atmosphere the home conveys.

     The kitchen is tiled in blue and white and has a breakfast bar that opens to the dining area, and a table that seats four.  Colorful island paintings and other unique works of art adorn the walls throughout the home.

     Sliding glass doors exit to the outdoor covered dining area with a beautiful yellow painted iron dining set for six.  A few steps down from the outdoor gallery is a private swimming pool with a deck that surrounds it and offers lounge chairs for sunning.  From the deck or the pool area you have lovely views of the hillside and the ocean.

     The master bedroom (king-size bed) is located to the left of the living area and has sliding glass doors that spill out onto the outdoor gallery.  An ensuite bathroom with shower is colorfully tiled in yellows and blues. To the right of the living area are the other two bedrooms (king-size and two twins) and their shared bath.  The front bedroom also opens out to a covered verandah via sliding glass doors. The back bedroom is down the hall at the rear of the villa.  The second bathroom is between these two bedrooms and offers a separate space for the shower and sink; across the hall is the water closet (toilet).   This bathroom is also tiled in colorful green and yellow to complete the Caribbean theme of this home.

     Tennis courts, horseback riding, sailing, snorkeling, jet-skiing, first class French restaurants, pizzeria and patisserie are all within 5 minutes drive down the hill at Orient Beach.  Philipsburg (Dutch capital) is 5 miles away; Marigot (French capital) is 3 miles.  This villa is just 5 minutes drive from the village of Grand Case, the dining capital of the Caribbean, and only 10 minutes to the French capital of Marigot with its chic boutiques and bistros. The nearest casino, restaurants and a small grocery store may be found on Dawn Beach, about 3 miles away.  Princess Juliana Int'l. Airport is a 10 mile drive.

     While a popular choice for families, SM334 is a wonderful villa for couples, in particular, as two of the bedrooms have king-size beds and the third bedroom has two twins that can be pushed together to make a king.
