     SM396 is located on the Dutch side (Sint Maarten) of the island, close to the French border.   This casual three (3) bedroom, three (3) bathroom villa is nestled on the hillside in the prestigious Oyster Pond area, just minutes away from beautiful Dawn Beach (walking distance) for swimming, snorkeling and watersports, and the Oyster Pond Marina.

     Surrounded by a tropical garden, SM396 enjoys a fabulous panorama of Oyster Pond, Dawn Beach and, in the distance, St. Barths.  With its windward exposure and expansive terrace, this villa takes full advantage of spectacular Caribbean sunrises, and is blessed with fragrant tropical breezes throughout the year.

     The villa is furnished in tropical rattan with bright island fabric colors. A seamless transition between inside and out, the living area opens to the outside terrace.  The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, coffeemaker and blender.  Dining table seating for six (6) persons.

     Each of the three bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and a lovely view of the Atlantic Ocean, Oyster Pond and/or St. Barths.  The Master Bedroom offers a queen-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, VCR and en-suite bathroom with shower.  The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed,  air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with shower.  The third bedroom is outfitted with one double bed and one twin-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with shower.  In addition, there is a single day bed in the living room, making the maximum sleeping capacity seven (7) guests.

     This charming villa has a private pool surrounded by a deck overlooking the stunning views.  Other amenities include a gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, Internet access, cable TV, VCR and stereo system with tape and CD. 

     SM396 is a place unto itself, a secluded vacation retreat for family and friends seeking quiet, privacy, lovely tropical gardens, and a chance to view paradise from a different perspective.

     Beautiful Dawn Beach is only a short walk or two minute drive down the hill, and is a prime spot for swimming, snorkeling and watersports.  Guests can spend their days enjoying day sails to nearby islands, scuba diving, boating, fishing, shopping, casinos and the best dining in the Caribbean.  The villa is located about 10 minutes drive (3 miles) from Philipsburg (Dutch side Capital) and casinos, about 30 minutes drive (7 miles) to Marigot (French side Capital) and 20 minutes to the gourmet village of Grande Case for the best selection of fine restaurants on the island.
