     SM403 is located on the Dutch side (Sint Maarten) of the island,

     This second floor condominium comprises three (3) bedrooms, three and a half (3-1/2) bathrooms, living room, veranda, and fully-equipped kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator, ice machine, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker and laundry.  The living/dining room is appointed with Caribbean furnishings, ceiling fans and a dining table with seating for 6 persons.  Other amenities include cable TV, VCR, stereo with CD player, internet, and telephone.  The entire condominium is air conditioned.

 

     SM403 also features two pull-out sofabeds in the living room, meaning that the condominium can accommodate up to 10 persons total.  However, there is an additional charge per additional person added onto the weekly rate.

 

     If you're an early riser, you can start your morning on the verandah with a cup of coffee and watch the cruise ships arrive for the day while gazing across the sea to the island of Saba.

 

     If you're looking for convenience, SM403 is an ideal choice.  Located approximately 10 minutes from Princess Juliana Airport, this condominium is within walking distance to a number of gourmet and traditional restaurants, delis, sunset bars, nightclubs, casinos and shopping.  Being right on the beach you can enjoy a leisurely stroll just steps away.  Or grab your favorite book and relax under a palm tree on the terrace.  In the evening, pour your favorite libation and gather on the terrace where you can watch the cruise ships depart, and enjoy spectacular sunset views.  Stay outside longer and cook your evening dinner on the gas grill.

 

     Pelican Beach, which is known for swimming and snorkeling, is only steps away from SM403.  The condominium is located about 10 minutes drive (3 miles) from Princess Juliana Airport, 25 minutes from Philipsburg (Dutch side Capital), about 20 minutes drive to Marigot (French side Capital), and two (2) minutes to the nearest casino and restaurants.
