     SM404 is part of a gated beachfront community located on Simpson Bay Beach on the Dutch (Sint Maarten) side of the island.  Simpson Bay Beach is a two (2) mile slice of pristine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise Caribbean Sea.  This beautiful three (3) bedroom, three (3) bathroom condominium is part of Coco Beach, a small, private beach club that consists of only 15 accommodations found in a two-story building.

 

     SM404 is graced with quality workmanship and a wonderful design that takes advantage of the beach, sea, sun and sky.  The condominium is appointed with fine quality bamboo and rattan furnishings complemented with warm wood tones throughout.  The living area is elegantly furnished, comfortably seating five (5) to six (6) guests, and spills out onto a terrace with ample cushioned seating.  There are satellite TV and WiFi (internet).  The living area and terrace offer amazing vistas of the pristine white sand beach and turquoise water below. 

 

     The dining area, right behind the living area, has a large table and seating for eight (8) guests and also enjoys the wonderful view.

 

     The spacious kitchen boasts handsome wood cabinetry, granite countertops and backsplash, and stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher).  Other appointments include a toaster, blender and coffeemaker, and all manner of cutlery, dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware, etc.. There is an abundance of counter space and a granite-topped center island with three barstools - perfect for multiple cooks!  

 

     The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and has an en suite bathroom outfitted with twin vessels, a large whirlpool tub, spacious shower and hair dryer.  The Master Bedroom enjoys a lovely view of the Caribbean Sea through sliding glass doors that lead out onto the terrace.  Bedrooms #2 + #3 feature king-size beds and baths en suite with a single sink and shower.  Bedrooms #2 + #3 have views of the swimming pool and gardens.  All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans and flat-screen TVs.

 

     Coco Beach Club has a large swimming pool which is appointed with chaise lounges and other outdoor furniture, and is shared by all residents.  Lovely natural gardens enhanced with special lighting make the nights as beautiful as the days!  There are also a gym and laundry area.  This is a gated, private beach club with 24/7 security and off-street parking for its residents.

 

     Enjoy a seaside lunch at Mary's Boon or hang out at Karakter Beach Bar - two of the island's popular spots - just down the beach.  SM404 is located only five (5) minutes from Princess Juliana International Airport and is convenient to other white sand beaches (Maho Beach, Mullet Bay, Cupecoy Beach, Long Bay), watersports, French bakeries, banks, drug stores, grocery stores, gyms, hairdressing salons, ice cream parlors, massage centers, theaters, restaurants/bars, duty-free shopping, casinos and evening entertainment.  The Dutch capital of Philipsburg and French capital of Marigot are about 25 minutes by car.
